battle-unfinished 1.10

I fix bug with wrong animations and also i added the weather(good and bad)  when the weather is good then nothing will happens  but(t) when the weather is bad then lightning and special clouds can appears (but they are special only in texture).oh yeah i forgot to say i added clouds!
